What you will be doing
Tabata training is a type of HIIT (high-intensity interval training).The high-intensity exercising consisted of sets of 20 seconds of exercise at maximum effort each followed by a 10-second rest. how many blocks will vary from class to class 1-5 plus ( blocks are number of exercises within 1 round) after you have finish a block
Session consists of a 10min warm up (5mins activation and 5min warm up) Followed by full body timed based exercises. ending with 5min cool down.

All classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 12 hours before the start-time.
