What you will be doing
Hatha yoga fights injury so you can train harder, better, and be stronger. Yoga also conveniently controls cortisol levels for mental prowess too.
Calm the amygdala centre (which is responsible for overreactions), whilst stimulating the imagination.
Poses at a slow and focused pace with modifications to suit all levels. Expect to string together poses with your breathing to experience a new sense of peace. Sequences will be floor based and standing to push your endurance and strength.
This is yoga for every body, so come hatha a go.
