What you will be doing
Starter We start off with a Dynamic warm up which is a sequential series of movements performed prior to physical activity. It aims to increase blood flow to the muscles, increase functional mobility, maximize available flexibility of the entire body and prepare the body for activity.
Main meal Short intervals with a Kettlebell using movement patterns which mirror our every day lives which, include: Squatting,Hinge,Lunges,Push,Pull.Carry,Rotation. Mobilisation gives you an improved range of motion, is excellent for your joints and important for the communication between your muscles and nervous system.
Dessert Cool down for all that amazing work you have put into your training

You'll be surrounded by a friendly, supportive group of likeminded people.

This class takes place at the Little Escape Studio. Please take the alley way next to Blackbird Bakery and the studio is to the left of the LIttle Escape practice.
