What you will be doing
Legs Bums and Tums Workout is great for anyone who wants to lose weight and transfer their lower body, as it is fantastic calorie burning workout which targets those problem areas. It is also great for those who just generally want to get fit, raise their stamina and increase their strength with some aerobic and weight exercises. If you are ready to reshape your body than join the session.

Body weight training infused with dumbbells and resistance band exercises 30-40 seconds work and 20-30 seconds rest periods.
All exercises can be adjusted to any skill level.
Please have a yoga mat, resistance bands and/or weights and a water bottle handy if possible.
