What you will be doing
This is a power yoga practice (all levels) combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT) & breathwork. You get the yoga vibes combined with a rigorous, fast-paced workout. Designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility and coordination.
