What you will be doing
Don't worry, you don't have to be hard core to join this class! This is a class dedicated to the most important part of your body. Your core is your foundation and the root of your strength. Conditioning your core leads to improved balance and stability and lowers your risk of injury to mention just a few of the benefits. What are you waiting for?
You will be using light weights and body weight (yours and sometimes other people's!) to carry out a wide range of exercises which strengthen your core whilst having fun at the same time. Who knew that was even possible?!
