What you will be doing
This is a training programme with a difference... Moon Camp is all about working in tune with your body's natural cycle.
Do you find yourself skipping exercise at certain times of the month?
Do you notice the effect of your cycle on your energy and strength levels?
We will be focusing on how you can make the most of the high energy phases, help you stabilise your moods and energy levels during the tough patches and help you keep a consistent exercise routine throughout the whole month.
I will be talking you through some of the key points of how exercise can be adapted and selected according to your cycle. I will also be giving everyone the opportunity to share their own experiences regarding their cycles in a safe environment. Please note there is no pressure to share, only if you wish to. If there is anything you would like to share with me prior to the session please do reach out me via BUA messaging.
Whilst there will be lots of talking, we will be getting sweaty as well, so please do come ready for action!
You may find it helpful to come to the session armed with knowledge of roughly which day of your cycle you are on, if you know it.
