What you will be doing
Roll out of bed and onto your mat to wake up your muscles (and your mind!) before starting your day. It’s amazing what a little stretch first thing in the morning can do!

- All you have to do is get up and step on your mat
All levels welcome.
We'll start with some breathing exercises and gentle stretches to warm up, followed by sun salutation variations, standing, balancing and a few seated postures to get you feeling ready to take on the day.
