What you will be doing
This is a circuit style class making full use of a varied range of toys including kettle bells, slam balls, aqua bags, sand bags, clubbells, aqua balls and dumbells. Adding some weight to your wrkout is a great way of building strength, building lean muscle and improving bone density (very important as we get older to avoid osteoperosis!!) Plus sometimes it’s just fun to pick up heavy $#!?
We will be working in a circuit format.
