What you will be doing
A sweat drenched carousel of circuits on the waterfront.
Join for an intense full body workout with stations that hit every muscle group. No tendon will be spared.π
We start with a warm-up to prepare your body and mind for whatβs to come.
Then we intersperse bursts of high-intensity exercise with actions designed to strengthen your limbs and core and make you feel the burn. π₯
We cool down with a walk, stretches and breathing exercises. Youβll walk away from the group ready to take on the rest of your day feeling strong and accomplished πͺ
Routine
Exercises will be done in intervals of 20-40 seconds work and 5-15 seconds rest.π
