What you will be doing
Beloved by supermodels, kangaroos and a couple of Tysons, Badass Boxing is about technical pad work, drills and combos, and fancy footwork. Expect to partner-up simply because teamwork is DREAMWORK. After class you can hand your nemesis his ass on a plate seasoned with the salt of sweet success and sweat.😅🥊
Routine
Boxing pad work, bodyweight and HIIT. Expect to burn at least 500 🔥calories. This will be 60 minutes of working you hard.
