What you will be doing
Who says resistance is futile? Adding some resistance to your workouts is a perfect way to intensify the movement and help you build muscle. Plus sometimes it's fun to pick up heavy s*!? 😅
Routine
We will be working in a circuit format (hence the name!) and making us of a varied range of toys including kettle bells, slam balls, aqua bags, dumbells and resistance bands.
