What you will be doing
Massive bodyweight workout dedicated for our main stabilizer muscles. Loads of cardio, plyo, strengthening excercises, focused on our core and glutes π! Shape up with me during this quarantine πͺπΌ! All fitness levels welcome, so don't hesitate, and book yourself inπ₯³!
Routine
Warm up: mobility and cardio excercises focusing on targeted muscles.
Main part: 30- 40s intense work/ long 20s rest (time for yourself) Recovery: 30s- 1 min break in between the cycles
We are going to finish it with relaxing stretching :)
Notes
Please prepare mat/towel, water, and gazillion of energy π βοΈ
