DITCH THE WORKOUT, JOIN THE PARTY! Leave your day behind and let loose on the dance floor! Zumba with a difference! Wearing the Silent Disco headphones takes us out of our heads and into the "Party"!!! This is more than fitness ... this is an exhilarating and fabulously fun dance fitness class that will rev up your daily steps and make you feel amazing! For those who are looking for something that lures them onto the dance floor - this is for you! Zumba helps you burn off calories by dancing to internationally recognized and Latin-American upbeat songs with simple but addictive dance steps, creating a kind of "fitness-party". Accessible and fun for everyone! We all need to move more ... it's time to "Dance Yourself Happy"!
Water is advisable and colorful clothes are encouraged!
Routine
Get the party started with a warm-up that will bring those happy endorphins out to play! Easy-to-follow dance fitness moves to amazing music and before you know it you will be sweating and loving it! We finish with a delicious cooldown and stretch.
