What you will be doing
Boxing is beloved by supermodels, kangaroos and a couple of Tysons. This session is all about technical pad work, drills and combos, and fancy footwork. A fave class for our city workers looking to de-stress whilst learning a powerful new skill.

Expect to partner-up (in households) because teamwork makes the dream work.
Routine
A warm up to get the juices flowing, following by drills, postures, and combos incorporating boxing pad work, and partner and socially distanced team exercises.
