Hormone imbalances in women can really impact the ability to lose weight. If you’ve struggled with yo-yo-ing weight, irregular periods, painful periods, PMS and mood swings, depression, anxiety, acne - you’re not alone. Symptoms of hormonal imbalance is super common but they’re not supposed to happen. In this workshop, I will help you identify if you have a hormone imbalance, how that impacts your health and your weight, and what to do in order to start rebalancing your hormones.
