What you will be doing
Can you think of anything more fun than bouncing on a mini trampoline in time to some of your favourite tunes out in the fresh air and beautiful backdrop of the gorgeous Crystal Palace Park??
We will adding some resistance into the mix using optional dumbells and bands whilst bouncing, to add an extra challenge compared with a standard Bouncing class.
Come and join me on Sunday mornings. Feel good vibes guaranteed!
Starting off with a mobility warm up. Followed by choreographed bounce routines. Finishing off with core strengthening exercises and stretches.
Please wear trainers and bring water.
In the event of bad weather this class will take place under the bridge by the Sports Centre. If this is the case I will message all participants at least an hour before the class.
This is my only class which is not suitable during pregnancy. If you are post natal, please message me to chat about if you are ready to bounce yet!
