Everyone can do yoga, regardless of ability, disability, age, experience or fitness level. Join me every Monday starting September 18th at the London School of Capoeira for yoga classes designed for everyone. Invest in your self-care and self-love, you're in the right place.
In beginner classes, you’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga in order to build a strong foundation and understanding of yoga. Every class will contain physical postures to strengthen and tone the body and increase mobility; an introduction to Buddhist mindfulness practices; simple breathing practices to boost mood and balance the nervous system and relaxation – can you believe we have to learn that? But we do!
We'll be exploring a lot! So feel free to purchase class packs to get a chance to practice with a lovely bunch, learn and of course SAVE!
