What you will be doing
Dean’s outdoor bootcamps (locations around East London) are designed to help you focus on your technique and coach you to reaching your full fitness potential. I use a mix of boxing HIIT & circuit training teqniques to enure you get a great workout.
Warm up for 5 to 10 minutes Workout is about 40 to 45 mins Cool-down/ stretching, about 10 mins
We will be doing a set of exercises with 40 seconds on each exercise and about 20 to 30 seconds rest in between.
