What you will be doing
A sweat drenched carousel of circuits throughout the park. Join for an intense full body workout with stations that hit every muscle group. No tendon will be spared.👊
Exercises in intervals of 20-40 seconds of hard work with very much needed 5-15 seconds of rest.
Expect to sweat. A short warm-up before jumping straight into a hedonistic pit of bodyweight circuits, with a cool down to relax.
