What you will be doing
A sweat drenched carousel of circuits throughout the park. Join for an intense full body workout with stations that hit every muscle group. No tendon will be spared.π
Routine
Exercises in intervals of 20-40 seconds of hard work with very much needed 5-15 seconds of rest.
Expect to sweat. A short warm-up before jumping straight into a hedonistic pit of bodyweight circuits, with a cool down to relax.
