An easy-to-follow combination of low impact cardio and body conditioning. A great class to get you moving after a break from exercising or if you just want a fun, low impact, all over workout.

5min Warm Up: Basic aerobics and mobility / 15min Cardio: Low impact aerobics / 20min Body Conditioning: Lower Body/Upper Body/Core / 5min Cooldown: Whole body stretch
