What you will be doing
This is a fitness class which utilises traditional ballet postures to help build strength throughout the body, but particularly the booty, calves and thighs.🦵
This class will help you to feel stronger, as well as improving your posture and flexibility.
Plus you get to feel like a ballet dancer for 45 minutes!! 😂
As with all my classes we will be focusing on having fun whilst working, with party vibes and great tunes. 🥳
Routine
We will be starting off with a mobility warm up, followed by standing and mat based sections, incorporating exercises for the lower body, upper body and core. Finishing off with a much needed chill out and stretch. Option to add ankle weights if you'd like an extra challenge.
