Can you think of anything more fun than bouncing on a mini trampoline in time to some of your favourite tunes.

I take special requests! If there is a tune you'd love to bounce to, send it on over!🤩
This class is ideal for those aged 11-17 years old.
No experience necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.
Routine
Starting off with a mobility warm up. Followed by choreographed bounce routines. Finishing off with core strengthening exercises and stretches.
Notes
Please wear trainers or socks with grips and bring water. Our usual meeting place is on the lower terraces overlooking the Bowl (see pin drop). In the event of rain, we will be bouncing under the bridge by the Sports Centre.
