What you will be doing
Join an unforgettable workout overlooking the Thames. A secret location. Unknown to Londoners and never to be found by tourists. A quiet haven in the middle of the city.
Expect 45 minutes of pure unadulterated bodyweight HIIT i.e. intense activities and postures using only our own weight as resistance, with recovery rests between moves. All moves modified for fitness levels.

Routine
A solid warm up followed by high intensity blasts and burns that hit every muscle group. The session comes to a close with a cool down to stretch out tensions and stress.

Set on the banks of the Thames, this beautiful public terrace overlooking the city is just 3 mins walk from Monument tube station, with London Bridge station just 0.4 miles away across the bridge.
Go to the pin and once you see the stairs with the sign stating 'public terrace river views', go up! The terrace is located at Saint Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames St, Bridge, London EC3R 6HE (51°30'31.3"N 0°05'09.3"W).
