What you will be doing

Expect a vocal, all body shake-down exploring every nook of your body in a HIIT style. Exercises will blast every muscle group.
Routine
The warm-up lulls you into a false sense of security which will be whipped from under you as you're thrown into the last 30 minutes. Every second will make you or break you. You've been warned.
