What you will be doing
Beloved by supermodels, kangaroos and a couple of Tysons, Badass Boxing is about technical pad work, drills and combos, and fancy footwork 😅.
This session offers the fantastic fat-burn of a boxing workout and helps you level-up your confidence, coordination and speed. Join a group of friendly faces to smash your fitness targets.
Get put through your paces and leave you with that addictive post-workout buzz that you just can’t get enough of. We can’t wait to see you there 🥊.
Class begins with a gentle warm-up of muscle activation. Next, are classic boxing drills, air work, pad work, and footwork so you land strike after strike. The cool-down is a delicious repertoire of restorative moves.

All equipment for the class will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own gloves and mat if you wish. Definitely have water handy.
Everyone is welcome, with moves and drills modified for the most fun possible.
