What you will be doing
This class is a great addition to your strength training. Kettlebells are a great functional full body workout which can improve strength, conditioning and mobility. In this class we will be using water filled kettlebells. The water creates increased inertia making the workout even more challenging and effective and particularly great for working your core.
Plus as always it’s good fun!
