What you will be doing
This is a fitness class which utilises traditional ballet postures to help build strength throughout the body, but particularly the glutes, calves and thighs.🦵
This class is particularly focused on helping with core and hip stability. If you are struggling with balance related issues, this is the class for you!
Plus you get to feel like a ballet dancer for 45 minutes!! 😂
As with all my classes we will be focusing on having fun whilst working, with party vibes and great tunes. 🥳
Routine
We will be starting off with a mobility warm up, followed by standing section using the barre and chair exercises. Finishing off with a much needed chill out and stretch.

I offer fun and social fitness classes at my studio in the heart of Crystal Palace and in Crystal Palace Park....
