What you will be doing
Swap your Sunday roast for a megamix of my most popular strength classes. We will be doing mixed circuits including bodyweight exercises, suspension training, core exercises and weight bearing exercises. Expect a differnt mix every week!
Routine
This class will be in a circuit format working in teams, making use of equipment such as suspecnsion straps, pull up bars, kettlebelles, aqua bags, dumbells and more!
