What you will be doing
Indian club swinging can improve your mobility, agility and strength. It is particularly great for shoulder mobility and can even help with rehabilitating shoulder injuries. Plus it's fun!

This class takes place on the Lower Terraces (overlooking the Bowl)
If the weather is bad, we will meet under the bridge by the Sports Centre. If this is going to be the case, I will message everybody before the class.
