I’m coming in hot from the Caribbean, but we’ll all feel the heat in this HIIT. Grab the best bits from my other two hyper focussed classes (Leg Sculpt: Soca Vibes Edition and Upbeat Upper Body Endurance /Upper Body Blaster) in this all over body blitz.
HIIT is the world’s most efficient workout. A fitness rollercoaster that increases your heart rate for 2-3 minutes, rests it for 1, then ramps it up.
Expect squats, push-ups, low planks, breathwork (to reduce fatigue) and more.
The simultaneous activation of multiple muscle groups boosts heart rates to a point where deep breathing is a must. Our manta is “Breathe with movement, exhale on exertion.” YOU GOT THIS!!
