Routine
60 mins of pure fitness bliss. Short, quick and a real assault on your muscles.
Expect a warm up, followed by bodyweight exercises in intervals of 20-40 seconds work and 5-15 seconds rest. The cool down will ensure no tinges tomorrow.

Meet by playground at the Pub on the Park. Please bring plenty of water and a sweat towel - you’ll need it!
