We combine bodyweight exercises, cardio-based boxing, fresh air and friendly faces for a class like no other. Step out of the gym and into the zone. 🎯
Exercises are carefully selected so they can be regressed for those early on in their fitness journey or progressed for those looking to take their fitness to the next level.
Work your way up through the levels, the progress you see will get you hooked.
Routine
Using the traditional Tabata format, you will be doing a mix of bodyweight exercises interlaced with cardio-based boxing rounds.
Finish off with some fun partner exercises to make sure you leave with a smile on your face.
Just remember… you can do anything for 20 seconds!
