What you will be doing
This is a weekly session to give your body some much needed TLC. Whether you've been training hard and need to stretch out those tight muscles or if you haven't been moving enough and need to give your body some love, this session is a great addition to your training.
Routine
This session includes mobility exercises including indian clubs for the shoulders, stretches and self myofascial release using trigger point balls and vibrating foam rollers.
