What you will be doing
A private class designed especially for you ladies!π Join Earl or Saima who will alternative each week for a full body, HIIT workout with stations that hit every muscle group. No tendon will be spared with a heavy focus on working your CORE!
We start with a slow warm-up to prepare your body and mind for whatβs to come.
Then we intersperse bursts of high-intensity exercise with actions designed to strengthen your limbs, core and make you feel the burn.π₯
We cool down with a walk, stretches and breathing exercises. Youβll walk away from the group ready to take on the rest of your day feeling strong and accomplished πͺ
Routine
Exercises will be done in intervals with rest periods.π
This class is designed to burn 400 calories for postpartum ladies.
Earl and Saima will know that your babies are also attending so we will accommodate if there are any interruptions.
