What you will be doing
This is an amazing cocktail of cardio boxing and standing pilates! This will get your heart-rate pumping and work hard on your core strength! We do this class barefoot so that we can work through the alignment and strengthen from the feet up!
Each song alternates Cardio Boxing and Pilates/toning! It is really one of my favourite classes as it makes you feel fantastic afterwards - a really sweaty workout that burns calories but also leaves you feeling longer and more balanced! Intrigued?! Come and try it out! I teach in English and French!
