What you will be doing

Love Pilates, yoga, and music but don’t have the time to enjoy all three? This class is for you.

A hybrid class that empowers your strength and core through Pilates combined with the flexibility, breath work, and mindfulness of yoga.

Floor based Pilates prepares your body to perform yoga postures seamlessly, safely and for longer. This class is the perfect pairing.

Get long, be strong, and keep your cool by being calm and centred 🙏

Routine

A sequence of flows for mobilising your limbs, interwoven with sun salutations, standing poses, strength and balancing postures, hips openers, core crushers, spinal rotating motions, forward folds and hamstring stretches.

Notes

Please grab a yoga mat or a suitable alternative - carpet is fine as long it is not slippery. Yoga bricks and belts (or towels) could be handy.

Grab your fave scented candle or fragrance spray for the meditation (mine is lavender 🌺 mmm!)
