What you will be doing
🧘🏻♀️Not just your average vinyasa class.
If life has you feeling scattered, stressed and disconnected, this mindful yoga class may be just what you need.
Through mindful breath and movement, this class will help you to reconnect with your body and with nature. You’ll be invited to interact with the elements; smell the grass, look up at the blue sky, and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin 🌞
🍃You probably know that spending time in nature is good for you. Did you know that in 2019, a comprehensive study concluded that those who spent at least 2 hours a week in green spaces were significantly more likely to experience good physical and mental wellbeing?
With just one class, you'll be halfway to this weekly goal 🙃
Routine
The class begins with a mindfulness meditation, followed by a gentle full body warmup, sun salutations, strengthening yoga poses, gentle stretching and concludes with a final relaxation.
Prior yoga experience is helpful but definitely not necessary. All levels are welcome and will be catered for with options suitable to their level of experience.

Equipment: Please bring a mat if you plan to use one. If you’d prefer to practice with the grass under your hands and feet, feel free to leave it at home.
