What you will be doing
This class is all about building strength using the most iconic of equipment… the barbell!
We will be doing a full body strength building session showcasing the versatility of the barbell.
Routine
Unlike my other strength focused classes, we will be using sets and reps rather than timed interval circuits.
This is class will be limited to just 8 attendees due to the nature of the class.
