What you will be doing
Box in time to the high energy beat for a stress relieving work out that feels more like a party.
Boxing rounds will be interlaced with variable intensity conditioning intervals for a well rounded workout!
This class is aimed at teens of all genders aged 13 to 19.
Routine
Working in pairs using pads, you will be carrying out choregraphed combinations in time to the music.
Notes
Please bring your own gloves if you have them. Pads are provided.
