Break the habits of a lifetime one class at a time. Re-learn your natural suppleness as we explore this fusion of primal movement and vinyasa motion. Sedentary lifestyles have limited the need to use our bodies in the way that we were born to - even standing up hands-free and squatting becomes a struggle. Let's stop the clock on ageing and jump first into a yoga sessions to re-program your mind and get that body back in its primitive prime.š

Routine
This is a dynamic vinyasa flow class that gives you a full body workout.
Starting with a warm-up to loosen up your limbs and space to grant your intention for the practice. This is followed by the body of the workout - fast paced postures that flow into one another with an emphasis on your breath. The session comes to a close with a relaxation / meditative pit stop that'll enliven you to take on the rest of the day head on.
Variety is king with new moves every week to develop your strength and flexibility.
