Erase, re-wind, and be at one with nature in the middle of our city 🌳
A perfect way to say goodbye to the day at dusk. Shake off your work worries and fall into evening. This is a vinyasa - hatha hybrid class, so expect fast-paced motions interlaced with calm long poses.
Routine
Embrace an initial warm up of long and slow stretching that leads into breathing techniques, sun salutations, and sitting and standing sequences. We finish with a meditative sess and ask you to set intentions for tomorrow.
Help is at hand for re-alignments and adjustments. This is an ever-changing class build around your needs and energies.
Notes
Set on the banks of the Thames, this beautiful public terrace overlooking the city is just 3 mins walk from Monument tube station, with London Bridge station just 0.4 miles away across the bridge.
Go to the pin and once you see the stairs with the sign stating 'public terrace river views', go up! The terrace is located at Saint Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames St, Bridge, London EC3R 6HE (51°30'31.3"N 0°05'09.3"W).
