What you will be doing
Want a workout that leaves you feeling strong enough to take on the world??
Come and join me for an effective full body workout that will leave you feeling seriously empowered.
Routine
You will be using your own bodyweight and resistance bands to build strength and endurance.
We will be starting off with a cardio round to get the blood pumping, followed by strength based rounds utilising various types of resistance bands.
Notes
Meet at the Herne Hill Gate and bring water.
This class can be safely adapted if you are pregnant or post natal. (Please message me before your first class)
