What you will be doing
In the What You Will Be Doing session:
Circuits based workout designed to transform the upper body, lower body and abs. 3-4 of exercises in a row. With 3-5 of these sets in total.
Expect fat loss and endorphins loading with a muscle toning and calorie burning workout. You do YOUR best so it doesn't matter if you're beginner or advanced!

5 min warm up - dynamic stretches, mobility and movements raising your hart rate and preparing your muscles and joints to exercise!
35 min workout
5 min cooling down, stretching and relaxation for better mood :-)
WHAT DO YOU NEED? Bottle of water and a mat if you want to protect your outfit from grass!
