What you will be doing
Bodyweight HIIT session! We will awaken your body and bring back to life muscles that you’ve forgotten about existing!
Loads of explosives, cardio, photometric exercises to boost our cardiovascular system, tone up and shred muscles! 🏃♀️🏋🏽
All levels are welcome! Are you ready to take the plunge?
Routine
We will start from mobility warm-up, then move to cardio and strength circuits, to finish with calming down stretching 🧘🏽♀️.
Please prepare mat/towel, water, and gazillion of energy 🔋 ☀️
