What you will be doing
Hate the typical gym environment? Looking for a safe space to do your workouts? Want to start going to the gym but need some guidance? Then this might just work for you!
Routine
I will be present at all times during the session. If you would like advice or coaching, please ask me and I’ll be happy to help! If not, you are welcome to do your workout in peace without interruption. If you need inspiration you can try my COW (Circuit of the Week).
