What you will be doing
Box in time to the high energy beat for a stress relieving work out that feels more like a party.
Boxing rounds will be interlaced with lower body and core focused strength and toning rounds for a great full body workout in one!
Working in pairs/small teams you will moving between high energy padwork and lower body and core toning interval based rounds.
Please bring your own gloves if you have them. Pads are provided.
