Class Details

What you will be doing

Variable Intensity Interval Training (or VIIT) is accessible and effective. This is outdoor interval training for everyone.

Exercises are carefully selected so they can be regressed for those early on in their fitness journey or progressed for those looking to take their fitness and strength to the next level. Work your way up through the levels, the progression you'll see will get you hooked.

Routine

Using an interval format, you will be doing body weight strength based exercises interlaced with bursts of higher intensity cardio making full use of the iconic Crystal Palace steps!

Notes

This class takes place near the seated lady statue at the very top of the park ( see pin drop) Please note that the festivals have closed a large part of the park, so I recommend entering the park from Crystal Palace Parade.

This class can be safely adapted if you are pregnant or post natal. (Please message me before your first class)
