Yoga stretches are amazing tools to help open up and strengthen the body and prepare it for dynamic sport & exercise and of course and most importantly to prevent injury!  x

If you feel like a lovely deep stretch tomorrow morning, then join me for an ashtanga yoga class at 9am, it will be dynamic and fun but definately suitable for all levels. And no i wont make you do handstands I promise! But headstands are totally optional :) Or Savasana if you like (which is just lying down relaxing at the end :) x
